1. Introduction
Soni Digital LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the PickWho mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our app. This policy applies to users in the United States and Canada.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:
- Account Information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile information.
- Username: The display name you choose for the app.
- Pick History: The sports predictions you make within the app.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers for push notifications.
- Chat Messages: Messages you send in the community chat, including message text, timestamps, and your username. Messages may be automatically filtered for inappropriate content.
- Profile Photo: If you choose to upload a profile picture, the image is stored securely. Profile photos are visible only to you and app administrators.
- Moderation Data: If you report a message or block another user, we store that action to support content moderation and community safety.
- Subscription and Purchase Information: If you subscribe to PickWho Premium, we receive a purchase receipt from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store containing the transaction identifier, product purchased, and subscription expiration date. We do not receive your payment card details.
- Referral Anti-Abuse Identifier: When you apply a friend's referral code, we generate a one-way cryptographic hash of your device's notification token combined with our app identifier. This hash is stored only to prevent the same physical device from claiming multiple referral rewards. The hash cannot be reversed to identify your device and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
- Crash and Diagnostic Data: We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports, error logs, and performance data when the app malfunctions. These reports are associated with your PickWho account identifier so we can investigate issues affecting specific users. We also use Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate app usage trends (which features are used most, which screens encounter errors, etc.).

10. Push Notifications
We may send you push notifications about contest updates, pick reminders, results, and prizes. You can opt-out of push notifications at any time through your device settings or the app's notification settings.
11. Community Chat and User-Generated Content
PickWho includes a community chat feature where users can send messages visible to other users. By using the chat, you acknowledge the following:
- Message Storage: Chat messages are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and are visible to other users of the app. Messages may be retained for moderation purposes even after deletion.
- Content Filtering: Messages are automatically screened for inappropriate language. Certain content may be censored or blocked outright.
- Reporting and Blocking: Users can report messages and block other users. When you report or block someone, our moderation team is notified and the relevant data is stored to support review.
- Moderation: Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours. We may hide or remove content and suspend or ban users who violate our community guidelines.
- Message Deletion: You can delete your own messages at any time. Administrators may also remove messages that violate community guidelines.
- Profile Photos: If you upload a profile photo, it is stored in Firebase Storage. Photos are subject to size and file type restrictions and are only visible to you and app administrators. You can remove your photo at any time.
